Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Miami seeks an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to deepen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients, delivering holistic financial planning and high-touch service.

You will identify clients' complex needs, coordinate with product specialists, conduct face-to-face meetings, and ensure KYC/AML compliance while expanding wallet share and partnering with branch colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
• Strong understanding of investment and financial planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and deepen relationships to gain incremental wallet share of affluent/HNW clients.
• Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions with product specialists.
• Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through face-to-face meetings and seminars.
• Organize client events and referrals to grow portfolio.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and strong risk management.
