Job summary

You will coordinate with product specialists, maintain regulatory compliance (KYC/AML), and drive referrals and events to grow the portfolio while meeting FINRA and mortgage-licensing requirements. A strong communicator with 5–8 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.

• Proficient with MS Office; experience with planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and deepen relationships to gain wallet share of affluent and HNW clients.
• Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists to tailor financial plans.
• Regular value-added engagement with clients via meetings and seminars.
• Source, acquire and expand high-value client relationships and referrals.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and proper risk management.
