Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin required.
• Must meet US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days.
• Mortgage loan originator registration under SAFE Act is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and deepen relationships to gain incremental wallet share of affluent and HNW clients.
• Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions.
• Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through meetings and seminars.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners and coordinate with specialists.
• Organize client events and manage referrals to grow portfolio and retention.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory procedures.
