Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services or CFP planning environment
• Strong analytical and financial skills are required
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Organized with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with planning software preferred
• Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies
• Self-starter, problem-solver, and collaborative team player
• Required US FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 6/63/65 or 7/66
• Mortgage loan originator registration and registry compliance needed

Responsibilities

• Identify and deepen relationships to grow wallet share with affluent/HNW clients
• Assess client needs and offer holistic solutions across banking, credit, and investments
• Deliver high-touch, in-person engagements and timely communication
• Develop referrals and expand high-value client base
• Coordinate with branch partners to deliver seamless client experiences
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory procedures
• Manage risk and escalate issues following Citi policies
