Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Laurel, MD seeks a Wealth Relationship Manager to deepen relationships with affluent clients and deliver holistic financial planning through high-touch, in-person engagements.

The role partners with product specialists to tailor banking, credit and investment solutions, expanding wallet share while maintaining strict KYC/AML compliance. 5–8 years’ experience and FINRA licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in private client/financial planning.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; planning software experience preferred.
• FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 6/63/65 or 7/66) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and deepen relationships to gain wallet share of affluent clients.
• Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists to tailor banking, credit and investment solutions.
• Provide high-touch client engagement with regular meetings and seminars.
• Grow portfolio via referrals and by expanding high-value client relationships.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners and organize client events.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and adhere to regulatory controls.
