Job summary

Neuberger Wealth is seeking an Investment Strategist to support a roughly $1B book with rigorous analysis, portfolio insights, and client-ready deliverables. You will partner with the Wealth Advisor and team to translate market views into practical guidance across public and private markets.

The role requires 7+ years in financial markets, strong communication, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Bloomberg/FactSet. Travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, and/or other designations preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in financial markets, investment research, or wealth management (highly preferred).
• Direct portfolio construction, asset allocation, and client experience with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team player and proactive thinker.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Wealth Advisor to build customized multi-asset portfolio solutions.
• Synthesize client information and Asset Allocation Committee views into actionable recommendations.
• Present to clients and prospects in one-on-one and group settings.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth investment, planning, tax, and trust specialists.
• Analyze and synthesize data to create client-facing and internal content (presentations, market updates, whitepapers).
• Build repeatable templates and exhibits with high data accuracy.
