Neuberger Wealth seeks a Private Markets Strategist to integrate private markets exposure into multi-asset portfolios. You will analyze private markets across private equity, private credit, and real assets and serve as a subject matter expert for client portfolios.
You will collaborate with Investment Strategists, Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Teams, and Marketing to produce guidance and client-ready deliverables, including market updates and white papers. Travel as needed.
Neuberger Wealth oversees approximately $81 billion in assets for individuals, families, and institutions. The Wealth Investment Strategy Group supports the investment process by contributing to comprehensive portfolio solutions, including strategic asset allocation (SAA) models, tactical asset allocation (TAA) recommendations, portfolio construction, and risk management. The team also contributes to macro/market research and thought leadership, and partners on product and platform development initiatives for the Wealth business.
The Private Markets Strategist is a key contributor supporting the integration of private markets exposure into multi-asset class portfolios through rigorous analysis, portfolio insights, and client-ready deliverables. The candidate should develop a comprehensive understanding of Neuberger’s broad private markets platform and serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of strategies across private equity, private credit, and real assets, including their role in a diversified private markets allocation, risk/return profile, competitive landscape, current opportunity set and key differentiators.
The Private Markets Strategist partners with Investment Strategists, Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Teams and Marketing to translate market and portfolio views into practical, implementable guidance across private markets. Success requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to internal and external audiences.

The salary range for this role is $210,000-$255,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
