Qualifications

7–10+ years in investment management or private wealth.
Experience with high net worth individuals and families.
Strong asset allocation and portfolio construction expertise.
Ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly.
Collaborative, client-first approach with integrity.

Responsibilities

Manage an established portfolio of high net worth client relationships.
Develop and oversee customized investment strategies based on client goals and risk tolerance.
Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and portfolio oversight.
Lead investment conversations and communicate portfolio strategy clearly.
Partner with Wealth Advisors to integrate investment management with financial planning.
Collaborate with private banking to deliver a coordinated client experience.
Participate in prospective client conversations alongside Wealth Advisors.
Provide ongoing portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance oversight.
Serve as a senior investment resource within the Madison market.
