Job summary

CAPTRUST is looking for a Centralized Wealth Planning Senior Specialist to enhance wealth management solutions for clients. This role includes supporting the centralized financial planning process, onboarding new teams, and developing tailored strategies to serve clients effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, expertise in financial planning software like eMoney, and a CFP designation. The position is based in Leawood, Kansas, with minimal expected travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Experience with Financial Planning for high net worth clients.
• Ability to lead plan presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support CAPTRUST’s centralized financial planning process.
• Develop and deliver financial plans in client meetings.
• Assist with training our wealth team on eMoney.

Skills

Proficient in eMoney Advisor or similar financial planning software

Strong communication skills

Organizational skills

Financial planning strategies knowledge

Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
