Job summary

CAPTRUST is seeking a Centralized Wealth Planning Senior Specialist to provide wealth management solutions directly with clients. Responsibilities include supporting financial planning processes, developing tailored financial plans, and assisting the wealth planning team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in eMoney Advisor. The role is based in any CAPTRUST office and is not remote. Competitive salary: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant industry experience is required.
• Experience with Financial Planning for high net worth clients, including leading plan presentations.

Responsibilities

• Direct support of CAPTRUST’s centralized financial planning process and program.
• Participate in the development and delivery of financial plans in client meetings.
• Support business development activities with prospective clients.

Skills

Proficient in eMoney Advisor or similar financial planning software

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills

Good organizational skills

Strong background/knowledge with financial planning strategies

Technology savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
