Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• CFP designation preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong coaching and presentation abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M.
• Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals and financial objectives.
• Develop, present, and review customized financial plans including retirement, tax, estate, and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal wealth advisors to support client relationships and plan implementation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to wealth advisors on planning best practices and discovery techniques.
• Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm’s planning philosophy.
• Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide current advice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
