You will lead engagements, conduct in-depth discovery, and collaborate with wealth advisors to design and implement plan strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years in financial planning or wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives.
• Develop, present, and review customized financial plans including retirement, tax, estate, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with internal wealth advisors to support client relationships and plan implementation.
• Provide mentorship and training to wealth advisors on planning best practices.
• Ensure all plans meet regulatory requirements and reflect the firm’s planning philosophy.
• Stay informed of industry trends and planning strategies to advise clients.
