Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Senior Client Solutions Consultant in Chicago to lead complex onboarding and transition events for high‑value clients. You will coordinate intake, funding, documentation, and handoff to ensure a seamless experience.

You will work with relationship teams and multiple operations groups, track milestones, communicate status, and resolve issues to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, client onboarding, or related financial services operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple onboarding events across front, middle, and back offices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear status updates.
• Proficiency with workflow tools and case management systems.
• Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordination owner for complex onboarding events from intake to completion.
• Coordinate with clients and relationship teams to gather requirements and documentation.
• Assess client, product, and documentation needs to determine workstreams.
• Monitor milestones, identify delays, and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain transparent status reporting for stakeholders.
• Confirm completion of account opening, funding, and handoff activities.
