Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with large or complex programs/projects.
• Expert knowledge of program/project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver large, complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop solution roadmaps for strategic goals.
• Direct interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain master programs with schedules, resources, and interdependencies.
• Oversee scope definition, tasks, and resource requirements to meet timelines and quality.
• Manage program budgets, business cases, and financial tracking.
• Monitor risk, report progress, and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary liaison across affected areas; drive 5-year strategic plan.
