Job summary

Charles Schwab Wealth Data Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) to lead data-driven product development. You will collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to translate data needs into platform improvements and manage the product roadmap end-to-end.

In this role, you’ll own prioritization, drive discovery, and ensure releases are tested and aligned with strategic priorities across wealth management domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams and business partners to define visions and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of data domain systems, API development, Microsoft applications, JIRA, Confluence, and DB analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with leadership audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the product roadmap and translate vision into deliverables.
• Define and prioritize features based on client needs and business goals.
• Maintain a product backlog in Agile with technology and business partners.
• Communicate insights and metrics to leadership on roadmap progress.
• Support deployment of features to production with thorough testing.
