Job summary

Charles Schwab’s Wealth Advisory team in Phoenix/Scottsdale is looking for a Concierge to support high net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors. You will handle operational requests, deliver exceptional service, and help create positive client outcomes in a high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days).
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high net-worth clients, Wealth Advisors, and internal partners by managing requests.
• Deliver a high-touch service experience and ensure positive client outcomes.
• Communicate processes clearly to advisors and partners, both orally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate case management, workflows, and follow-up activities.
