Job summary

CAPTRUST is seeking a Senior Client Management Associate to support Client Management Consultants with day-to-day service, project tasks, and issue resolution. You will help prepare quarterly reviews, manage documents, and ensure accurate client data in CAPConnect.

The role requires a four-year degree and 3–5 years in investment services. Expect on-site work in Minneapolis, opportunities for process improvements, and a collaborative team culture with strong client focus.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the investment industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Resolve client questions and process transactions for the Wealth Client Service team
  • Prepare quarterly reviews and proposals with CMCs, including proofreading, printing, binding, and mailing
  • Maintain updated client contact information in CAPConnect CRM and upload documents to SharePoint
  • Assist CMCs in reviewing client activities and recurring tasks
  • Handle client service tasks such as correspondence, reports, new account paperwork, contracts, and research
  • Schedule client meetings and support firm-wide initiatives
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required; on-site role only

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Senior Client Management Associate who will use specialized knowledge and skills, obtained through experience and/or formal training, to assist Client Management Consultants (CMCs) in providing excellent client service. The candidate for this role provides day-to-day support, project management assistance, and partners with the CMC to research and resolve issues. The candidate also recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. Primary responsibilities may include the following, amongst others:

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of a four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the investment industry a plus
Desired Qualifications/Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to quickly grasp financial and investment concepts
  • Positive attitude and a team player.

  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities, pressure, and short deadlines
