J.P. Morgan Advisors in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and deliver personalized wealth management services to ultra-high net worth clients. You will help with onboarding, account maintenance, and investment coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses on hire or within 180 days.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding and account maintenance for new and existing clients by collecting information and providing investment quotes.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Provide support across a range of products and applications including Advisor Services and Wealth Planning tools.
• Perform daily administrative and operational duties supporting Advisors and clients, including transfers and portfolio reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between the Financial Advisor team, branch management, compliance and other units.
• Participate in local, national and technology team meetings.
