Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Associate in the Advisors group to provide dedicated support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will own onboarding, maintain accounts, and deliver exceptional service with extensive client contact.

Responsibilities include recommending investments, processing trades, and coordinating with various teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong client focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses within 180 days of start date.
• Self-starter who owns tasks end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and account maintenance, collecting information and documents and providing quotes while complying with policies.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Support Advisor Services, Wealth Planning, Goal Based planning, and lending solutions through JP Morgan platforms.
• Perform daily admin duties supporting Advisors and clients, including transfers and portfolio review prep.
• Serve as liaison between the Advisor team, branch management, compliance and other units.
• Support firm and regional initiatives and participate in local, national and tech team meetings.
