The Senior Wealth Advisor will offer comprehensive financial and investment advice to our Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments. Senior Wealth Advisors have access to Wealth's leading investment solutions platform, which allows us to deliver traditional and alternative investments, managed account solutions, and best-in-class research and advice for all Wealth clients. The client is at the center of everything we do. As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will partner closely with a dedicated Wealth team to meet the financial needs of our Affluent and High-Net Worth clients, including a Wealth Relationship Manager and field experts such as Financial Planners, Insurance Specialists, Portfolio Consultants, and Home Lending Officers.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Build relationships with new clients to bring in new bank and brokerage assets.
  2. Deepen relationships with existing clients through financial planning and excellent discovery and profiling skills.
  3. Respond to referrals and recommendations from business partners, suggesting suitable offerings based on client profiling and assessments.
  4. Make securities recommendations and provide investment advice using firm models and research.
  5. Master referral opportunities to grow portfolios.
  6. Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate (e.g., Small Business Partners, Home Lending Officers).
  7. Acquire new clients through converting referral leads.
  8. Manage client follow-up and adhere to Regulatory and Compliance procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and other norms.
  10. Partner with all roles on the branch team to ensure a positive client experience.
  11. Assess risk appropriately, demonstrating ethical judgment and compliance with laws and policies.
  12. Assume leadership roles within teams, including coaching and training new recruits.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. 5-8 years of experience in a financial advisory capacity.
  2. Proven success in sales and service roles within financial services.
  3. Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
  4. Organized with attention to detail.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial planning software preferred.
  6. Understanding of investment and financial planning strategies preferred.
  7. Self-starter, problem solver, goal-oriented team player.
  8. Securities licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and SIE.
  9. Group 1 Insurance License.
  10. Registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
