Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join the Minneapolis, MN office. The SWA delivers Total Wealth Advisory, anchored in a personal financial plan and spanning tax, investments, and planning needs.

You’ll manage a diverse client book, guide strategy, and delegate work to ensure a high‑touch client experience with solid follow‑through. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in financial services, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and FINRA Series 65 or 66.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting/Finance preferred.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 required; transferable book of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of client relationships and lead client strategy.
