Job summary

CLA is hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor to work in our Minneapolis, MN office. The SWA serves as a relationship manager delivering Total Wealth Advisory anchored in a personal financial plan.

Senior Wealth Advisors bring expertise in tax, investments, financial planning, insurance, estate and retirement planning, and you’ll manage a book of client relationships, lead strategy, and delegate work to deliver a high-touch experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 required.
• Existing transferrable book of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relationship manager delivering Total Wealth Advisory anchored in a personal financial plan.
• Manage a book of client relationships, lead client strategy, and delegate work to deliver a high‑touch experience with strong follow‑through.
