Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor under the SAFE Act to help grow bank and brokerage assets through comprehensive financial planning and client profiling.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and compliance skills, plus licenses (SIE, Series 7/66 or 63/65) and mortgage origination registration; salary range $70,000–$200,000 with competitive benefits and attractively structured incentives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services sales/service
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiency preferred
• Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies preferred
• Must be a self-starter, problem solver and goal-oriented team player
• Securities Industry Essentials – SIE; Active Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) licenses
• Group 1 insurance
• Must register as a mortgage loan originator with the Registry and maintain it annually

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients to bring in bank and brokerage assets
• Deepen relationships with existing PWM and Retail clients through financial planning and discovery
• Respond to referrals from business partners and recommend best offerings
• Make securities recommendations and provide investment advice
• Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Acquire new clients through referrals
• Manage client follow-up and adhere to regulatory procedures
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance is strictly followed
• Partner with branch team to ensure positive in-branch experience
• Assess risk and maintain Citigroup's reputation and assets with ethical judgment
