M&T Bank in Cherry Hill, New Jersey seeks a Wealth Advisor to grow and retain a client book by delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals, business owners, and families.

You will lead a client-relationship team, develop sales strategies to expand the client base, coordinate cross-disciplinary experts, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure fiduciary standards and regulatory compliance are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 9 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Or, a combined minimum 13 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 5 years in high/ultra high net worth sales.
• Proven track record of implementing wealth management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the client relationship team and ensures access to resources and solutions for clients.
• Develops sales strategies to grow the client base and promotes the full array of financial services.
• Coordinates team communication and recommends wealth solutions with specialists.
• Manages pipeline and activities to meet sales goals and deliver solutions.
• Leads relationship reviews with committee and maintains ongoing client goals alignment.
• Adheres to compliance and risk controls per standards and policies.
• Promotes the M&T Bank brand and inclusive culture.
• Maintains internal controls and addresses audit/regulator issues.
• Meets Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
