Hybrid Work Environment
Three days onsite and two days remote per week.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Developing and managing client relationships, including regular meetings and communication.
- Providing objective, unbiased financial advice by analyzing investment opportunities and client needs.
- Conducting in-depth financial analyses—retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management—to develop holistic financial plans.
- Managing client assets: coordinating the complete relationship and financial plan execution, including estate planning, tax strategies, and portfolio management.
- Preparing for client meetings by reviewing all required paperwork.
- Providing ongoing client service, including planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews, returns, and identification of new opportunities.
- Cross‑selling firm services and deepening existing client relationships.
- Participating in community outreach, networking and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Identifying, cultivating, and tracking new opportunities; onboarding new client relationships.
- Leveraging local centers of influence to extend a referral network within the marketplace and within Eisner Amper.
- Attending client and prospect events.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership or management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial planning, CRM, portfolio management, and document management software.
- CFP designation preferred.
- Deep understanding of the RIA channel and the independent financial advice delivery channel.
- Strong financial planning and wealth management acumen, judgment, and experience.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem‑solving skills and competent decision‑making ability.
- Proven people leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Passion for helping new and existing clients.
