Senior Wealth Advisor Position
Prosperity- An EisnerAmper Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our wealth management team. In this role you will manage client relationships, formulate and implement advice, acquire new clients, and service existing high‑valued clients. We operate in a hybrid working environment requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

Work Responsibilities
- Client relationship development and management, including ongoing and regular meetings and communications.
- Provide objective, unbiased financial advice to a diverse mix of clients by analyzing investment opportunities and client needs.
- Conduct financial planning, including retirement, tax, estate, and risk management, to develop holistic financial plans.
- Client asset management, coordinating clients’ complete relationships and financial plan execution (analysis, estate planning, tax strategies, and portfolio management).
- Prepare client meeting documentation and review required paperwork prior to meetings.
- Deliver client service, including planning updates, portfolio changes, reviews, returns, and new opportunity identification.
- Cross‑sell firm services and deepen existing client relationships.
- Participate in community outreach, networking, and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, cultivate, and track new opportunities for the firm; onboard new client relationships.
- Leverage local centers of influence to extend referral network in the marketplace and within Eisner Amper.
- Attend client and prospect events.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related experience.
- 10+ years of experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership or management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial planning, CRM, portfolio management, and document management software.
- CFP designation desired.
- Deep understanding of the RIA channel and independent financial advice delivery.
- Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment, and experience.
- Strategic thinker, creative problem‑solver, and competent decision maker.
- Proven people leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Passion to help new and existing clients.
