HireneXus has partnered with a nationally recognized, rapidly growing RIA to add a Senior Wealth Advisor in the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on serving high-net-worth individuals and families with comprehensive planning and investment guidance.

You will collaborate with internal planning, investment, and wealth management specialists to deliver integrated client solutions, while growing a book of business through referrals and strategic development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within an RIA.
  • Demonstrated success growing client relationships and increasing assets under management.
  • CFP, CFA, or other relevant professional designations highly preferred.
  • Bachelor'S degree required. Degrees in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Develop and manage a book of business by building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's unique goals and evolving financial needs.

This individual with have access to numerous existing referral channels, in-house advanced planning team support, institutiona‑quality investment solutions, centralized operational support, and advanced technology.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong relationship management skills, and prioritizes comprehensive financial planning. They are a self‑starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are motivated to grow both their practice and their clients' financial success.
