Our client, a rapidly growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking a Director, Wealth Management to join its client advisory team. This is an opportunity to work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, delivering customized investment solutions and serving as a trusted resource throughout the client relationship.
This role is ideal for a wealth management professional who enjoys the intersection of client service, investment strategy, portfolio construction, and relationship management. You'll partner closely with senior advisors while developing deep relationships with clients and helping deliver a high-touch advisory experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a key member of the client advisory team, supporting and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Participate in client meetings, performance reviews, and investment discussions
- Analyze portfolios and asset allocations, providing thoughtful recommendations and strategic insights
- Prepare investment analyses, client presentations, and performance reporting
- Review and communicate alternative investment opportunities, including private credit, private equity, and real estate strategies
- Assist with portfolio implementation, trading activity, and ongoing account maintenance
- Respond to client requests and coordinate solutions across investment, operations, and service teams
- Partner with senior leadership to develop customized financial and investment strategies
- Help ensure a best-in-class client experience through proactive communication and exceptional service
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience within wealth management, private banking, family office, or investment advisory environments
- Experience supporting or managing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Strong understanding of investment markets, portfolio construction, and asset allocation strategies
- Ability to communicate sophisticated investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
- Experience preparing investment reviews, portfolio analyses, and client presentations
- Knowledge of advisory operations, including account openings, transfers, distributions, and client service processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP, CFA, or CAIA designation
- Experience working with alternative investments
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Fidelity, or similar wealth management platforms

Compensation:
The anticipated salary for this position is between $175,000 to $250,000.
