Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles
- Series 65 required, CFP designation strongly preferred; CPA a plus
- Strong background in financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and client relationship management

Duties & Responsibilities:- Serve as the lead advisor for a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, and investment advice
- Work closely with the leadership team to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction
- Collaborate on strategic planning for client portfolios, tax strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning
- Offer mentorship and guidance to junior advisors, supporting their professional growth and development
- Maintain and deepen client relationships by providing personalized financial advice, ensuring clients’ goals are met with long-term strategies
- Participate in business development initiatives when appropriate, but client relationship management is the primary focus
