Senior Water/Wastewater Treatment and Facilities Project Manager/Engineer

You have:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  2. Texas PE License: Hold a Texas PE license or possess the unwavering determination to obtain one within 12 months of joining our exceptional team.
  3. Extensive Municipal Water and Wastewater Facilities Experience: Demonstrate more than 5 years of robust experience in the design and construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, with a focus on process evaluation, design, and implementation.
  4. 3+ years experience in Project Management and Client Service demonstrating your ability to successfully oversee projects while ensuring budget and schedule controls.
  5. Leadership and Mentorship: Highlight your track record of effectively managing and mentoring junior staff, guiding their professional growth and development.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate with clarity and impact, both in written and verbal form. Your ability to convey complex engineering information concisely to technical and non-technical audiences is essential.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will catapult you to the front of the pack:

  1. Proficiency in Process Models: Showcase your experience with BioWin, Sumo, and/or GPS-X process models, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance project outcomes.
