WSP Global Inc. seeks a Civil/Environmental Engineer specializing in water and wastewater to support design and project delivery in Atlanta.

You will work on water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, treatment facilities, and master planning, while guiding junior staff. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and a PE license (Texas).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus in Water/Wastewater
• 5–7 years of post-education experience in water/wastewater engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas
• Expertise in water/wastewater engineering principles, practices, and environmental permitting
• Knowledge of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations and record-keeping
• Experience with preparing permit applications for oversight agencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior staff
• Familiarity with hydraulic and process modeling and GIS tools
• Experience coordinating with public and private groups
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and policy adherence

Responsabilités

• Design water transmission and distribution systems and pumping stations
• Lead project design tasks, permitting, and construction coordination
• Mentor junior engineering staff and provide guidance
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams as task lead
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory analysis memos
• Assist with master planning and project scoping
• Support quality control and design deliverables
• Assist with site HASP development and safety compliance
• Contribute to concept designs and model analyses
• Travel may be required for project needs
