Entellus, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater team in Phoenix, Arizona.

The role oversees engineers and technical staff in the design and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including booster stations, wells, tanks, lift stations, and treatment facilities. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering with 15+ years of experience, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona or can become one within six months,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer in AZ or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings and site visits.
• Detail-oriented, professional, team-oriented, self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Design and construction oversight of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Oversee plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, modeling, QA/QC processes.
• Familiar with hydraulic calculations and pump selection.
• Coordinate with client/owner, subconsultants, contractors, and utilities.
• Assist in business development and preparation of proposals.
• Develop and negotiate scopes of work and fee proposals with client/owner.
