Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in heavy civil/industrial construction.
• Proven water/wastewater project management experience.
• Experience with underground utilities, pump stations, site work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water/wastewater and pump station construction from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate engineers, contractors, and professionals across all phases.
• Prepare, review, and update project plans, schedules, budgets.
• Coordinate construction from concept to final build per specs.
• Manage issues and document changes with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Build and maintain client/supplier relationships and report progress.
