Job summary

CDM Smith currently has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience managing industrial water and/or wastewater projects to join our Industrial Business unit. You will be the main point of contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects and will assist with business development activities across the United States.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days in the office and can be based at any Industrial office location across the country,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and assist others.
• Support Client Service Leaders with technical marketing.
• Engage with professional societies in the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with client decision makers.
