Job summary

Verdantas LLC is seeking a lead design engineer in the Blue Ash area to manage infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, along with over 10 years of relevant experience, and will be responsible for delivering projects that meet client expectations and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in water/wastewater/stormwater planning, design, and construction administration.
• Strong leadership experience including managing project delivery and mentoring.
• Current PE license in Ohio or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct design development of infrastructure projects.
• Deliver projects within budgets and schedules.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans and specifications.
• Provide overall supervision and technical direction to design teams.
• Support preparation and development of proposals.
