Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater initiatives within the Industrial Business unit across the United States. You will be the main contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects, and you will assist with business development throughout the U.S.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office and can be based at multiple Industrial offices nationwide. Travel is 10% or less, depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMI, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead water/wastewater projects as the primary Project Manager.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Own scope, schedule, and budget development and adherence for assigned projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and support projects led by others in the office.
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing for clients across the U.S.
• Engage with professional societies and build relationships with client decision makers.
