Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of PM experience in heavy civil/industrial construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Kahua, Smart PM, P6, Spectrum).

Aufgaben

• Safety - ensure safety is incorporated into planning and execution; enforce policies.
• Pre-job Planning and Mobilization - prepare and submit required front end docs.
• Purchasing Responsibility - coordinated with Estimating; maintain subcontracting integrity (scope).
• Project & Procurement Scheduling - manage overall schedule in P6 and major equipment delivery.
• Build Schedule of Values to finance the project to the end.
• Customer/Owner Relations - maintain open communications; monthly Owner/Engineer meetings.
• Procore, Kahua, Smart PM & Box - keep accurate project docs log.
• Expediting of vendors and subcontractors; subcontractor submittals tracking.
• Manage change orders, costs, pay applications; ensure proper documentation.
