Job summary

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California or eligible within 6 months.
10+ years of progressive experience in design, management, and business development.
6+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic growth plan with leadership.
Lead service-specific proposal efforts and drive project approaches with technical depth.
Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance service offerings and delivery methods.
Uphold high QA/QC standards across design, reporting, and deliverables.
Represent clients and the firm in meetings with governmental agencies.
Grow, mentor and train staff to build a strong team.
Negotiate contract terms and manage design and delivery within budget and schedule.
