Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architectural design firm in Miami, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead the water/wastewater design team from concept through execution. You will coordinate engineers, contractors, and project managers to meet budgets and quality standards, directing the design effort across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Florida P.E. license preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vision/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and production of lift stations, pipelines, and water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Oversee team members, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct development of action plans and resource estimates for projects.
