Job summary

ewi Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Engineer IV to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure in Florida. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and client-satisfaction from concept through construction.

You will mentor staff, manage scopes and budgets, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and present recommendations to clients while supporting proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or water resources engineering required.
• Professional engineering licensure (PE) or equivalent preferred.
• Substantial experience delivering water and wastewater projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to construction.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, surveyors, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide technical leadership during design development, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Support client meetings, proposals, and business development; mentor junior staff.
• Promote safe working practices and effective stakeholder communication.
