Job summary

Dewberry has an immediate opening for a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer in our Boston, MA office. The role focuses on planning, design and construction phase engineering for water and wastewater systems.

The successful candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams on pump stations, pipelines, tanks and treatment facilities, performing design, reports and specifications for projects in MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience in MA water/wastewater projects.
• PE License required.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling software, AutoCAD, GIS.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within multi-disciplined teams for the planning, evaluation and design of water and wastewater system improvements, including pump stations, pipelines, storage tanks, and treatment facilities.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation for water and wastewater projects.
• Interfacing with clients and developing client relationships. Travel may be required.
