B&B Concrete Contractors seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Estimator to pursue and plan infrastructure projects, developing accurate estimates and partnering with operations from bid through handoff.

Ideal candidates will have water/wastewater construction experience, self-performed work familiarity, and strong skills in read-through plans, cost analysis, and bid reviews to ensure scope coverage and value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating water/wastewater construction projects.
• Strong takeoff, cost analysis, and scope review skills.
• Read plans, specs, and contracts effectively.
• Experience with self-performed concrete and heavy civil work.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, piping and related infrastructure.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing for self-performed labor, materials, and equipment.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and ensure scope coverage.
• Prepare detailed project budgets and lead estimating-to-project-team handoffs.
