Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or one of its specialties.
• PE registration in Colorado or ability to obtain State of Colorado license within 6 months.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
• Experience in preparing budgets, proposals, and controlling job costs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and water modeling software.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, and oversee water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
• Direct and manage a team of design engineers on water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee and quality check the work of others.
• Develop work plans, manage project budgets, and apply strong project management practices.
