Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead municipal water and wastewater projects in Iowa. You will guide delivery, manage teams, and develop client relationships across the Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Iowa City, or Muscatine offices.

You will also support business development, proposal efforts, and market-specific presentations while ensuring project quality and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 7+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• 5+ years at the project manager level.
• Iowa PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Provide guidance and career advice for staff in Iowa offices.
• Assist in marketing opportunities with key clients, including capture planning and proposals.
• Prepare, coordinate, and present market-specific papers and presentations.
