Job summary
ms consultants, inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer with deep water and wastewater expertise to join our Ohio water team. The hybrid role supports offices in Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland or Akron and focuses on design, optimization, and sustainability of water infrastructure.
You will lead technical delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate across disciplines to meet client needs and regulatory standards, while contributing to proposal development and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software preferred.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to water and wastewater projects across diverse client groups.
- Provide technical leadership, design expertise, and peer review on multidisciplinary projects.
- Support proposal development, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior staff and develop team technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
