This opportunity involves providing technical assistance and guidance for water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including analysis, development, and design of water transmission, treatment, and conveyance systems. The role ensures responsibilities are delivered with quality standards that meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, and water treatment facilities.
2. Manage project design tasks, permitting, construction coordination, and guide junior staff.
3. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams as a project lead.
4. Perform calculations, permit applications, compliance documentation, and technical analysis.
5. Maintain quality control for design deliverables and reports.
6. Assist in developing and scoping small to medium projects.
7. Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and safety plans.
8. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water/Wastewater.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• Knowledge of Texas regulations and environmental permitting.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS) and GIS tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience managing large projects on time and budget.
