TRILOGY ENGINEERING SERVICES LLC seeks a Sr. Water/Wastewater Design Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team in design, drawings, and specifications delivery. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive process improvements across water and wastewater projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater design experience, strong communication, and a licensed Texas engineer. Expect leadership duties, client interaction, and cost-conscious engineering execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering (or related field).
• Texas Professional Engineering License.
• Leadership or management experience desired.

• Lead a multi-disciplined delivery team to complete tasks within budgets.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of project management with high technical complexity and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, project leads, and clients.
• Build interpersonal relationships, facilitate conflict resolution, and lead the local team.
• Comprehensive understanding of water and wastewater theory and industry practices.
• Design water and wastewater systems from feasibility to detailed design, incl. P&IDs and control philosophies.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams as a technical liaison.

• Strong MS Excel skills for calculations.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Work well in a team and communicate with project members and clients.
• Provide detailed calculations for water/wastewater processes.
• Prepare technical specifications and detailed designs.
