Job summary

Ardurra’s RVE division seeks a Water/Wastewater Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and nearby towns. You will plan, design, and analyze municipal water/wastewater projects including water mains, sanitary mains, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.

The ideal candidate has 7–15 years in municipal water/wastewater/public works, a BS in Civil or Chemical Engineering, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• PE license required; license highly valued.
• Ability to clarify and express thoughts verbally and in written reports/specifications.
• Proven ability to produce clear engineering deliverables and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hydraulic calculations and layout of structures.
• Produce reports and bid documents for water/wastewater projects.
• Provide engineering support to inspection department.
• Represent firm to townships, utilities and private utilities.
• Draft concise proposals for new work.
• Address multiple assignments on time and within budgets.
• Regulatory permitting.
