Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater.
• PE license required.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships.
• Develop strategic client relations and pursue new opportunities as a seller/doer.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects ensuring QA/QC and contract compliance.
• Interpret client contracts and manage relationships with clients.
• Mentor engineers and project managers and foster a high-performing team.
