Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects seeks a Senior CADD Designer in Phoenix to design linear utilities, pump stations, and treatment plants for water and wastewater infrastructure. Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is essential.

You will collaborate with design engineers to develop precise construction drawings, follow internal standards, and contribute to the design packages and QC processes in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience or an associate’s degree + 8 years’ experience.
• Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Work within Autodesk Civil 3D following internal or client standards.
• Coordinate with design engineers to develop accurate construction drawings.
• Adhere to quality control procedures.
• Develop design drawings using engineering sketches.
• Create and document concepts, sketches, models, layouts, submittals, and design packages.
• Capable of designing with minimum direction.
